Chris is running for Banning City Council, District 5. Your home address determines the contests on your ballot; confirm your district using the county’s official lookup.

October 19 is not your last chance.

October 19 is the standard registration deadline. If you miss it, you can still register and vote in person October 20–November 3 at the county elections office or an open vote center. Your ballot is counted after the county verifies your registration.

03 · Choose how to vote

By mail, at a drop-off site, or in person.

Mail your ballot

Sign your return envelope. No postage is needed on the provided ballot-return envelope. Mail at least seven days before November 3 to help ensure a timely postmark.

It must be postmarked November 3 or earlier and received by the county by November 10. If mailing November 3, ask a postal employee inside USPS for a manual postmark.

Drop off your ballot

Sign and seal the envelope. Return it to an official location by 8 p.m. November 3. Near the deadline, direct drop-off avoids relying on the mail.

Check the Banning schedules at the top of this guide, or find other locations on the official county map.
